Holiday with Felix and Chef Rob

Meet Felix

The product launching of Holiday Ham  was held at Felix Restaurant in Greenbelt 5, Makati. While we await for the event to start, we were offered with delightful h'orderves;

                                        bread sticks wrapped with bacon


                                  shrimp vermicelli


                                  pesto  quesadillas
 

                                       short bread cookies with smoked salmon


                               chocolate fudge brownie topped with fresh strawberry slice.


                                                           the best iced tea in town
                                         


Meet Chef Rob

As promised, here is the recipe that Chef Rob shared with us. Simple but superb dish, this is another way to prepare Holiday Ham. Introducing Chef Rob's Salad with Holiday Ham....




Ingredients:

CDO ham slices
lettuce
dried cranberries
red cabbage
pine nuts
sliced apples
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
(and cute Chef)


Procedure: Combine all the ingredients on top of sliced CDO Holiday Ham and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Sprinkle with pine nuts. It's just easy, the finish product is simply yet delightful salad attested by the sampler salad.
